The Father Figure Movement was created by Reggie George , a husband, a Father of twin (14) daughters, entrepreneur, coach, and FATHER FIGURE to many. In 2019, one of his twins (Kam) was violently stabbed by a boy (15) in the head with a pair of scissors at school. After a nearing 3 mo hospital stay, 2 brain surgeries, a massive stroke, rehab, mental trauma, and countless other set backs; the FAMILY has truly shown their RESILIENCE and PERSEVERANCE. But, during the legal proceedings Reggie realized (even through hatred and anger) that the young man was without a male presence or a FATHER FIGURE. So, instead of complaining or becoming violent, he decided to become an advocate for a SOLUTION. Therefore creating The Father Figure Movement www.thefathetfiguremovememt.org and Father Figure Apparel, to Encourage Fathers and Father Figures to “Be Present, not Perfect”.
